Toolbox Controls

    Hi

    I am using AutoCAD 2004 and I want to be consistent with my dialog box's but
    when I make a form it doesn't have the same controls (plain square command
    buttons) as the typical AutoCAD dialog's (rounded corners and blue
    edging)....
    What Additional Controls do I add to get those form controls?
