After loading up ACAD2004, I just installed our custom menu (which has
worked in every version since 9 with some tweaks here and there) in
ACAD2004 and all the toolbar icons have become question marks inside
of clouds. They still represent what they are supposed to, but there
are no pictures. Is this a problem anyone else has encountered?

    Dear Martin

Could you please share how did you switch your
2004 ACAD back to 2002 icons.

I've got a 2004 ACAD but could not start use it
just because of it sophisticated icons and still use 2002.

I was trying to change icons in 2004 but it treats original
and my own icons its own way. The perfect 2002 icons gets
blurred. Guess it because 2004 has now 16X16 pixels per icon
instead of 16X15 like used to be.

I am just agree the 2004 might got better but I wanna
see the guy who put there those f-ing icons

To convert your ACAD 2002 custom icon BMPs to 2004, add a line of pixels
along the bottom to make them 16x16. Then they will show as they did in ACAD
2002. For your toolbars that use standard icons, change ICON_16 to RCDATA_16
in the menu, then the ACAD 2004 icons will display.
