Can you export customized toolbars out to the network for others to grab?
Michael, Not sure about exporting toolbars, but you could create a custom .mnu file and load custom toolbar this way.

You will need to make sure the path for any custom icons are the same for each person using the menu. Alan, I believe the icon images are incorporated in the MNT file once it's compiled. Assuming the toolbar menu is in a read-only folder, so nobody but the CAD guru can modify/recompile it, then only the guru needs access to the BMP files. They're only accessed during compilation. All the users need is access to the MNC and MNR files.
