Toolbar Flyout From External mnu

    My toolbars are getting very long, I can incorporate many into flyouts. I
    want to hide the flyout menus so that when users go to open and close
    toolbars, I don't get the question "What are these other toolbars?". Hoping
    I can put the flyouts in external mnu file.
