TOOL PALETTE COLOR CUSTOMIZATION

    I THINK THE SUBJECT HEADING IS PRETTY STAIGHT FORWARD.
    I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE LAMB BLUE GREY TOOL PALETTE COLOR THEME TO
    ONE I SPECIFY.

    ANY ONE OUT THERE IN LA LA LAND KNOW OF A WAY I CAN ACHIEVE THIS?

    ROCK ON MY HACKER BIEOTCHES (HOMAGE TO RAMZI+K.ROSE)

    (SORRY FOR YELLING, ITS REALLY LOUD IN HEAR)
