    Programming is probably not the problem. The problem is to communicate a
    prolem in a way that is as readable as possible.
    I just want to comment on this:
    With respect to this thread, as far as I can see, it is not the problem of
    somebody who has been forced to move from China or India to USA to work,
    but rather somebody who has clear knowledge of how the language sounds,
    since he is texting the sounds used when speaking the language. That is not
    learned in english classes, but rather on the street and in SMS.

    Frederic,

    I don't get offended by poor English. I do however get offended when I ask
    somebody to take a bit more effort to describe their problem clearly, and then
    they carry on regardless, being vague and not describing what their real problem
    is. It irritates me when people use "texting" speak - especially as it makes
    what started off as poor English even harder to read - but I can live with that
    if they actually make it possible for somebody else to understand what they
    are asking.

    If I got quickly offended by poor English I would have a very hard time working
    in customer support! (some of the worst English I see is from native English
    speakers ;-> )
