Title layer.

    I have studied 1/3 of
    Mastering AutoCAD 2008 and AutoCAD LT 2008.
    Now I would like to find a (singing dancing)Title layer
    (mechanical, in imperial units) set up for the American letter size paper.
    (I failed to locate one.)
    Could anyone of you recommend one?
    Thanks for any guidance.
