I just want to find out if most people will scale up the title block to same as the map scale or just leave it 1 to 1scale, and then use vport to control the scale?

    Hi a..,

Xref the TB into PS and it is always full scale. Control the scale from floating MS (PS tab) via "Z <enter> 1xp <enter> (full sacle), .5xp <enter> (half scale), etc."

We agree with madcad. We always use the paperspace scale to equal the sheet
size (1:1) and then scale the viewport model space in the viewport using
zoom 1/xp. This way we can use standard layouts for title blocks and change
the zoom factor if necessary later.

TB in layout at full scale (1:1), and then scale each VP to plotting scale.
