When using preview in SWExplorer and an assembly is open there is a
checkbox in the lower left corner of the preview window. It is normally
checked and it says, simply, Use full screen.

The tip is to uncheck this and then preview every subassembly and part
in the feature tree. This will cause all the subassemblies and parts to
be tiled on the preview window. Then just clicking on the item of
interest will activate that small portion of the window for that part.
This makes it much easier to see just what documents comprise an
    assembly.

In addition the active tile responds to rotate and zoom commands just
    like the full screen version.

A nice enhancement would be to enable bulk selection of items to tile
    in the preview window.

We are almost getting to the point where we ask for edrawing like
behavior like click on a part in an assembly, or drag it away and do
    operations graphically.
