Some of you probably already know this, but I just found a simple tip. It is programmed this way by design. But I couldn't find it documented in the help file so I thought I would share it. If you use the SW revision tables, and have the options set to enable symbol when adding new revisions, then you are aware that when you right click and select "add revision" it will instantly make you add the symbol(s) first before actually filling out the revision table. But what happens if you need to add a symbol for a the revision later. There are 2 ways to add a symbol. The first way is quite obvious actually. Simply copy and paste one of the other "like" symbols if they exist. If for some reason you exited the "add revision symbol" dialog before actually placing any, then there will be none there for you to copy. The next method is a solution in this case. The second way, which isn't documented, is to right click anywhere on the row of the revision that you want to add a revision symbol for, and select, revisions>add symbol. The key to this is that you HAVE to right click ON the appropriate row to get the correct symbol. An example would be as follows: If you are currently at revision "C", but realized that you forgot to add a symbol for revision "B", you must right click ON the revision "B" row in order to get a parametrically linked "B" symbol.
