Timing library (TLF) files problem

    Hi,

    we're currently working on developing a standard cell library and we're
    trying to create TLF files.
    We've read some documentation and it seems like _alot_ of work to create
    one manually. Does anyone know of a tool that creates tlf files? We've
    checked Aptivia and that seems promising, atleast for getting timing data
    from our cells but it can't export TLF files, right?

    Any help regarding this, like links to documentation or howto's, would be
    appreciated.
