Thread has died in Capture 10.1

    After working on a schematic using Capture CIS 10.1 for some days,
    Capture always crashes with a "Thread ... has died ..." message
    when I try to place a new part.

    I can use the *.dsn in Capture 9.2.3 as ususal, but Version 10.1
    always crashes.

    Someone here who had this problem before and can point me to a solution ?
