Thermal FEA

    What is the best SW add-on for themal FEA?

    My specific application is in evaluating various options for thermal
    management of electronic components under natural convection. One way
    to simplify this statement is to say: evaluation of heatsink designs
    for natural convection cooling. It's a little more complex than that,
    but that's the basics.
