The first activate program always have a bug !

    Hi,

    I have a weird bug.

    I have a lot of programs done in AutoCAD and I don't know why, but the first program that I activate, if it has a variable to change or a DXF code to change, it won't do it. But if I try it a second time or more, it will always work !

    What could be the problem ??

    - a global value not set?
