textfill ???

    AutoCAD 2004: DesignJet 2500CP C4704A HPGL/2 - by autodesk

    I am having a problem with some drawings hanging when plotting. After a
    few seconds of hanging and than canceling I end up with a huge plot
    file. (50MB to 800MB) Depending on how long you let it hang. Could not
    get it to reproduce on other machines but it sticks with one machine in
    particular.

    One clue led to textfill. Machine in question was set to "0". (this
    caused the hang) When setting it t "1", it appears to have fixed the
    problem. Any ideas why textfill setting would cause this. I do have true
    type fonts in the titleblock.
