text window is not docked (not command line)

    I have autocad 2007
    I have lost my docked text window. If I hit f2, I see it. I can use
    graphscr and texsrc and they work as they display/undisplay the text
    window. I can't dock the text window in its place at the bottom of
    the screen. I don't want the command line I want the text window. I
    want it on all of the time at the bottom of the screen. I want to
    place the cursor on the top area of the text screen and be able to
    press on the middle mouse button to increase/decrease the size of the
    window
