I have lines in my drawing that are being masked, it appears, but there is
nothing there to erase? It looks like someone erased text with a mask, but
forgot to erase the masking part. Any ideas on this one?
    Thanks,

  2. Try using "quick select" to create a selection set of all raster images,
then erase them. Text masking seems to use some sort of raster entity to
accomplish its magic; the rasters can remain behind when the text is removed
or altered. Be careful to not erase any other rasters that you may need to
    keep in your drawing
