text height to stay to scale

    Does any one know of a lsp or setup that will let you choose paper size, scale, units, etc....

    You're going to need to elaborate on the question a touch, methinks. You can choose all those things through standard page setups and options.

    You choose paper size in the page setup dialog when you choose a layout tab.
    You can set the scale by selecting the viewport (in paper space) and setting the scale factor.
    The units can be set in standard options.
    etc... is a little vague, can't help you with that ;)
