Temeprature info in layout

    Hi there,

    Does anyone know if there is a way to specify temperature (or get the
    temperature) of a layout structure in Cadence Layout tools such as Virtuoso?
    Or... can temperature info be set in the extracted layout simulations for
    particular layout area? Thanks!
