TCAD input deck for a 180nm cmos technology

    A bit off-topic, I know. Sorry.

    I would be quite happy to have an 0.25um or 0.18um CMOS process input
    deck for a TCAD electric device simulation tool ( such as Silvaco's
    version of MEDICI/PISCES, or HyDeLEOS, ...). The particular simulator I
    want to try is MINIMOS, but an input file for any other would do just
    great with me.
    If someone can post a nameless deck (where UMC, TSMC, CSM, or
    whateverfab, has been replaced by xxxx ) , thanks.
