System variables in Registry?

Can someone point me to a list (or technique of extracting one) of system
variables that are stored in Registry?

Seems like I remember a table of them in Help somewhere. The only table I
can find now (2005 version) is by individual letters (click the A, then
scroll thru the variables beginning with that letter -- etc.)

Not for my question. However, that presents a very visual perspective on
the history (since r12) of the sysvars and will prove to be a good future
reference. Thanks for passing it along.

    Do Regedit.exe,
    Browse down this path...

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER
    Software
    Autodesk
    AutoCAD
    R15.0
    ACAD-1:409
    Profiles
    <<Unnamed Profile>>
    ...... look into folders.....
    \General Configuration
    \Menus
    \Toolbars
    \General

The 'variable names' on the Left are the Variables that AutoCAD uses to access the 'values'.

I do not recommend changing them, just make a list of where
they are / and their names..

Wow, that's scary. I did go thru your script below and it was very
revealing. Your suggestion about "not changing" was well received. If push
came to shove I probably would've used this approach to make my list. I'm
glad the posting directly above gave me what I needed.
Thanks, however, for jumping in with this option.

  7. Hi,

The values R15.0 and ACAD-1:409 are version specific.

    For R2005 look for R16.1 and 301:409

The 409 is English language and other values are used for different
    languages.
