sys var for "Print notification on Load"???

anyone know the system variable (or whatever it is) that controls the
following?
in vlide:
tools|environment options|general options|diagnostic|"Print notification
after load"

for the past week or so something is occasionally setting that option on or
off at seemingly random times.
If I knew what the setting or command was, I could do a search for the
errant lisp file/line

Not for sure, but I thought all that was stored in "VLIDE.DSK"

 

I'm sure it is, but it's weird that it keeps changing through the day.
probably this line "(*load-verbose* . T)"
