Symbol Manager

    If you are using a windows based operating system. Bring up Windows task
    manager and close down some of the processes running which will be
    interfering with the loading of the program. You have to do this by trial
    and error so for example close down things like mdm.exe spoolsv.exe
    msmsgs.exe and so on then try to load. I have had this happen trying to
    load Architectural Symbols but eventually got it to load using this
    technique.
