SWX crash on helix or library feature functions

    We were crashing newly built PC's with the same OS & SWX admin images
    installed as typical, but the Helix and Feature Library functions
    caused SWX to crash (2006 & 2007).

    Solution-
    Regsiter the MsFlexGrid control...
    “regsvr32 msflxgrd.ocx" from a command prompt
    you should get a verification if it is successful
