SW2009: Performance Summary for 2008

Discussion in 'SolidWorks' started by Paul B. Kellner, Dec 30, 2008.

  1. Is it just me and my complex parts, or has SW 2009 achieved new lows in
    performance and CTDT?

Since it is the end of the year and several months into SW2009, what has
been your experience in the following categories:

    1. Parts
    a) performance
    b) stability
    2. Assemblies
    a) performance
    b) stability
    3. Drawings
    a) performance
    b) stability

Can anybody reasonably say that they have deferred a planned hardware
upgrade because performance is so much better?

SolidWorks continues to hit new lows because it doesn't have the
needed Direct Modeling tools to work with non-native solids or to
understand others design intent. If Kellner was smart enough he'd
realize that all major CAD products are moving to adding the needed
Direct Modeling tools but Kellner, like many other idiots and losers
in this newsgroup, doesn't have clue one on what the tools are that
    SolidWorks so badly needs.

What hath hack_N_whack of "non-native solids"
    to do with "design intent"?
You've shown us time & time again that you can't use it & don't have
much of a clue so your whine is stolen & useless, as always.

Mr. Banquer, Would you please do us all a big favor, and shut up? I
can smell your foul mouth from here.
