I found a pain in the neck bug, really bad and my luck it won’t get
fixed this release, I hope it will, here is how to recreate it:

    OPEN ANY ASSEMBLY OF PARTS,
    Select FILE, PACK and GO
IN THE PACK and GO OPTIONS, CLICK FLAT VIEW (upper right)
CLICK THE NAME COLUMN AS TO SORT BY NAME
CLICK THE CHECKBOX COLUMN MAIN CHECK-BOX TO UNCHECK ALL,
WAIT 3 SECONDS, IT crashes every time on multiple computers.

    Anyone else???

This is a known issue on SPR#446151 and is supposedly fixed in SP5

Confirmed, even do not have to sort by name (also SW2008sp4)

Workaround: first Uncheck all (column main check box), then Click flat
    view.
    Then no CTD
