I attempted a screw mate this morning and it doesn't seem to behave
    as
    desired. The help says,

"A Screw mate constrains two components to be concentric, and also
adds a pitch relationship between the rotation of one component and
the translation of the other. Translation of one component along the
axis causes rotation of the other component according to the pitch
relationship. Likewise, rotation of one component causes translation
    of the other component."

I want the component that is turning to also do the translating. A
literal reading of the help suggests that the rotating and
    translating
components have to be different. This would rule out screws being
turned into a tapped hole. Can anyone shed light on this peculiarly
    restricted usage?

I also want the screw mate to start in a particular location and
position. Seems to have a mind of its own on this.
