SW2008 32bit and 64bit compatible?

    Are parts/assemblies/drawings created in 32bit SW compatible with
    64bit, and vice versa?

    I'm doing some work, was planning to go to Vista and SW2008 64bit, but
    my customers are using sw2008-32bit.
