SW hotkeys

I have made a few updates to the hotkeys list and you can download the
latest here.

As always, if you find additions or corrections, make sure you let me know

Wayne,

One suggestion for the list format. On another sheet list them sorted
by hotkey. I tried it and it is a nice check on repeated hotkeys.

Also, I edited the list for our use and put the local hotkeys in with
the SW versions. I also mapped keys as in SW2005 where possible.

Good ideas. What do you mean by mapped?

For example, L is for line in SW2005. Since I am on SW2004 L was
assigned to line.

I am beginning to see the merit in assigning line, arc etc. because you
don't loose the context of the property manager when you do this.
