surface to solid

    is there a way (or a lisp) that I can convert closed 3d surfaces into a
    Solid?

    I wrote a LISP to create the SOLID by projection of the 3d-faces from the
    views. Most of the (technical relevant) 3d-things are to describe by 3
    (ortogonal views. I have problems if there are hidden contures (Inner
    bubbles or so).
    But If you have a surface model consisting of meshes or a lot of singular
    3d-faces so I can reconstruct the SOLID (even from a 3dS-representation).
