Suppression of Hidden Lines When Printing

    I am using AutoCAD2000. I have created solid models of enclosures, and want to print these with hidden lines removed. At the moment, if I print the models, the lines that should be hidden are also printed. I would like advice on how to prevent the printing of hidden lines. Checking Hide objects in Plot options does not work. Many thanks.

    Paperspace: right click viewport, properties, should be a selection for
    hide objects
