Suggested enhancement to the PUBLISH command...

    Hello:

    I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the PUBLISH command. I'd like to have
    PUBLISH check the list of drawings in the active sheet list against those in
    a selected folder, then prompt the user if there is are any differences
    between the two.

    Since new drawings are added constantly to active projects, this
    functionality would make it easy to keep sheet lists up-to-date.
