SUCCESS!! A toolpath cut normal to a cylinder (cylindrical cam)

    Yup, is of interest. I guess I'll have to dust off the ol' brain and
    attempt my method itself to prove/disprove it to myself. Maybe this
    weekend. As an old robot guy, chock full of 3D transformational geometry
    thinking, it just *_SEEMS_* like it would work. But of course I've got a
    long list of those things and the list of successes is less. Typical
    engineer.
