substrate stamping

Hello everyone,

Can anybody explain me what's the meaning of "substrate stamping", I
saw there is a button in Assura to "turn substate stamping feature
off".

Please read the manual. It's covered in the Assura User Guide, and also the
Assura Command Reference.

Believe it or not, a lot of effort goes into documentation. It's a shame not to
use it...

Thanks for your reply and actually I went through Assura document and I
guess I know that the meaning of this button. However, my question is
more basic: What's the meaning of "substrate stamping". my
understanding is that it's some special way to deal with substrate
resistance extraction, but I can not undersand it clearly.
