    Hello All,

I have an assembly with sub-assemblies and some sub-sub-assemblies. In the
main assembly I have seven different configs, one showing each sub-assembly
so that I can use it in a multiple sheet drawing and get the BOM and
    balloons to work correctly.
I'm trying to use the "Reuse Sub-assembly Explode", and it works as expected
on most of the sub-assemblies, but not on two of them. I can't figure a
    rhyme or reason for this.
Has anyone ever experienced this, and can tell me what to check for?

    Thanks,
    Muggs

This type of problems happen to me when I "Reuse Sub-assembly Explode"
from an assembly in which I create exploded steps and then delete a
part or parts that were used in those assembly steps.
Some how when you delete the part it does not delete all the entries
from the exploded steps in which the part was used (only when Reuse
Sub-assembly Explode). To prevent this, before deleting a part I check
for exploded steps in which that part was used and then remove part
    from those exploded steps.

Great, that gives me something to check.
I'm heading out to a (different) client right now, but I'll have a look at
    that later this afternoon.

    Thank you,

Well here's the answer from SW:

There's already an SPR that has to do with not being able to use Reuse
Sub-assembly Explode on flexable assemblies, I'm now on the list, Blah Blah
    Blah.
