I know this is probably a first year student question, but I pretty much taught ACAD to myself and know what I need to know in order to do my job. I have very recently run into a problem that I can not figure out and none of the people that I talk to know how to fix the situation.
I have one customer that creates some of her drawings using a plot style table rather than a color table. I can not get the lines to print out black. They print out the color that she has on her drawing. I have tried changing the table to "monochrome", but does no good. Still prints color. I can change the color properties of the drawing to white and most objects will then print in black.
What do I need to do in order to get the drawing to print all lines, text, etc. in black?
    Thank you for your help.

Your best option is to have them send you their STB file when they send you
dwg files. If they are using e-transmit it should take care of this for
    them automatically.
