Stupid Question

About to try Solidworks Toolbox but Solidworks Help says I should go in
Design Library first.


But where do I find the DESIGN LIBRARY icon?

Maybe I can't see the forest for the trees.
I think I've got too many icons on my desktop maybe its under my nose.

Can you guys give me a hint?

 

Voodoochile,
it's in the Task Pane (on the right side of your screen) and it's the icon
that looks like three books.
