I need to plot an AutoCAD dwg file with a .ttf file in it.
If I use a plotter it works well, but I would plot to a HP DJ1220C (A3 sized, shared on a server).
The deskjet prints vertical white stripes (approximately 1-1,5mm).
I tried it with new HP driver, it not prints anything (AutoCad send the plotting then printer go mad)
I tried to set the print spooler to send after last page spooled/print directly, but it not helps.
I tried with JetDirect print server with the same result.

I succeed only when the deskjet is on the local machine on lpt1 with the new printer driver.

    Thanks

Have you tried plotting to a plot file, and then submitting that to the
    plotter?

  3. I ran into something similar to that about a year ago. The problem was the image was of a compressed format. It seems that only an uncompressed will print properly. Your local computer must be using software which will show off the image properly, however the software in which the server seems to be looking at only will work with an uncompressed format. Go to some graphics software and see what the attributes of the image file is.

The old fashioned Kodak Imaging which came bundled with Windows will reconize a compressed file, but Photoshop will not.
