STEP files from PRO/E

  1. Either have the proe source change the tear relief to a rectangular or
obround or import to SolidWorks and then add thin cuts to create a
tear relief that has a value of .001 or something.

The problem is that proe allows for a tear relief that creates two
coincident or adjacent faces which is invalid geometry in SolidWorks.

I added a thin cut to each tear bend relief the exported&imported
using parasolid and it then was able to recognize the Sheet Metal
features or insert bends to allow for flattening.

ProE should not allow for two faces coincident occupying the same
place in a solid body. Technically the faces should be trimmed in to
    two new surfaces.
