start point on new entiteis

    Something recently happened that makes all entities start in the upper-lefthand corner of the drawing desktop and off the drawing page. For example when I select line draw or rectangle draw the line or upper left hand corner of the rectangel snaps to the corner of drawing screen. Snap is off. Other drawing rstrictions are off. The settings should allow this first point to be placed anywhere. CTRL will let me reposition the first point about half of the time.

    When you are about to click I assume it says SO for the snap.

    No on else has had any ideas here so all I can suggest is to reinstall.
    If that does not fix it, maybe uninstall then reinstall.
