standards for frames in 2D drawings?

    hi,

    i am trying to add frames to the entities in my 2D drawings. Some
    examples of these entities are dimensions and free texts. Some
    examples of these frames
    are rectangluar frames, circular frames. Adding frames are for
    specifying some information.

    Is there anyone who knows the specification for one type of the frames
    called "sticking frame" under ANSI standard? or is there anyone who
    knows some websites having these specifications for different
    standards for different types of frames?
