My company has 74 network and 42 stand-alone licenses of 2005.The stand-alones came as a single serial number this time (subscription). I'm afraid that the 3rd person who installs 2005 will be challenged. How does Autodesk manage this?

I normally keep a list of the person's name, serial number, and the machine on which it's installed. -Don Butler

At their road show an Autodesk rep explained it this way - if you have a
single SN for 42 seats their back-end software keeps track of 84
installations for this SN - (one for the office and one legal installation
on a second out-of-office computer). You should have no problems at all.
