Stand-alone image question using NIW

    I am trying to create an image for stand-alone install but I keep getting an error while using NIW. After inputting the serial number, I get this error message: Cannot find e:\bin\ACADFEUI\support\AdNIW\dlls\Webdepot\RTSUNServer.html?p=.... and on and on ... Make sure path or internet address is correct.

    The e:\ is my cd rom, and I made sure the file its looking for exist in the path given by the error. After the error, NIW exits without creating the image.

    Has anyone seen this, or know what may cause this error?

    It sounds like it's looking for the saved registration info.

    For a simple standalone install, you have to give your name and company,
    etc. This is saved in the RegInfo.html file on your PC.

    For a standalone install deployed using NIW, there is a feature to provide
    this registration info once, and have it used automatically for the
    deployment installs. Perhaps you've skipped this step? Check your docs; I
    don't know the details.

    Hi Vito,

    WebDepot is for the eREGistration files. It may be a problem with the
    browser on your system that your trying to create the deployment with. Try
    updating your Browser and see if that works.
