spin center - red black blue

    What is mean when the spin center is red, black and blue and how to fix?

    What's black and blue and red all over? Sorry, a bad old joke....

    The spin center is red, black and blue for some color schemes (View /
    Display Settings / System Colors). I don't know if there's a way to
    control it's color independantly.
