Spectre simulation problem

    Hi,

    I have a question on IBM SiGe postlayout simulation. I used
    analog_extracted view for my postlayout simulation. But I keep getting
    error as follows:

    Fatal error found by spectre during intial setup
    Arithmetic exception

    I don't know the reason for this error. I am using Spectre
    5.0.33.500.1.8 on Solaris 8. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I
    used CDS_coeffgen_Cap and divaEXT5.rul for my extraction.

    Try to use Spectre 5.0.32 to see if it still has the same problem.

    Does it netlist ok? You should also try other extraction switches

    Hi,
    Thank you for your suggestion. I have figured it out.
    The netlist has a bug in it. IBM has agreed to fix it
    in the next generation kit.
