spectre equivalent

    dear all,

    i am having hspice level 3 parameter of nmos and pmos, i want to use
    this parameter's in spectre simulator.

    so what is the hspice level 3 equivalent for spectre and from where i
    can get it

    See "spectre -h mos3".

    Spectre will automatically understand models with level=3; this is a old
    Berkeley SPICE model, and is understood by spectre.
