    Hello Gents,

Just wanted to share my latest experience with by now the (in)famous
    SP2 for 2004.
After upgrade, creating a BOM (sw style) in any assy. drawing did NOT
    work.
All attempts to insert a SW BOM resulted in an empty table. Empty and
    un-editable, that is...:).
Any attempts to edit an existing BOM did screw up the older BOM too.
The only functioning thing was the Excel style BOM (old) with all its
    well known peculiarities.
I had to un-install 2004 and re-install it with sp1 only. Back in
    business.

Any ideas on the subject (or similar experiences) ?
    Thanks !

Hmmm. I created two BOMs today using 2004 SP2 on Windows XP. They were
both simple 3 item assemblies. No peculiar behavior.

    Sorry guys,

I forgot to mention I'm using Windows 2000 Pro SP2 as operating system.
I don't think we'll move to XP any time soon.

    Thanks for feedback!
    Regards,
    Val
