sp2 drawing bug

    Just found a drawing bug in sp2 SW say will be fixed in next sp

    if you open a drawing with text added to a model inserted dim (via PM)
    or add text this way, this is lost on a ctrl-Q or next time you open.
    ok on a manually added dim.
