sp 4.0 out.... sort of!

    but not for windows installer and not for win 2000 !...

    the release notes I read said that sp4 isn't qualified for 2000 but will be
    in sp5....I take that to mean it hasnt been tested and debugged fully and it
    might be better to leave the fix till then if that is the OS you
    have....kind of weird for a product that has been out a while...but I guess
    they are doing their best.

    i wonder why the download area still indicates xp/2000/nt? i can't seem to
    locate the release notes..

    sorry I missed the sp4 off my post -SW2003sp4 isn't qualified for windows
    2000sp4 but SW2003sp5 will be.
    think that's right now.

    OK--so they tell us that Windows Installer is going to become the default,
    and "traditional" is going away... being a good boy, I switch over to
    Windows Installer....

    And now they don't release the SP for the "default" installer???

    gee--I'm feeling better about SW every day.
