sp 1.0 change to PDM?

    "Determine a way to specify what is and is not considered a revision change
    during initial check in to the vault"

    From the list of fixed SPRs for 2006 SP1.0. I have wanted such a feature
    for as long as I've used PDMworks. Its on the fixed list, but I can't see
    any changes within pdmworks as far as options go nor any reference to such
    within the help file.

    Has anyone found how to access the feature?
